OK, let look at it:

Point 1 - if this sort of behavior is condoned who is to say that the 
same thing could not happen with OpenSolaris

Point 2 - It is important that Sun shows it can responsibly guide and/or 
participate an Open Source community, whether that is OpenJDK, OPenDS or 
OpenSolaris

Point 3 - As a participant in OpenSolaris and the broader Open Source 
community I would definitely like to see people treated fairly. Fair 
enough this does not relate directly to OpenSolaris but I do think they 
are of interest to the community.

Point 4 - Needs no explanation

Point 5 - Not directly related, I agree - I just wouldn't mind knowing

So maybe your question should have been "What do 1 of the above 5 
questions have to do with OpenSolaris?"
