Hiiiieee I hope u have found the soltion for ur question and hope u can help me as I am new to Solaris and u would have a very good hands on experiance in it. I am having two HDDs one is Solaris 10 and other is Redhat Linux Ent. I want to mount Linux HDD on Solaris HDD.I boot my PC with Solaris HDD.Now when I use format command it shows 1.Default HDD 2.Unknown HDD
Default is Solaris and Unknown is Linux. Now when I check the files of /dev/dsk it shows 21 links for each hdd. When I check the fstyp of each and ever link it gives that the fstyp unknown. Plz tell me how wil i check that which link of c1d0p0 to p4 and c1d0s0 to s15 i can mount and how to mount. Plz give the solution in details as i m new to Solaris and want to know the reason of every solution.
