I am running on a 160Gbyte laptop with Windows and Solaris.
I windows foot print is bare min. 10Gbyte and Solaris I also give
10Gbyte 8Gbyte for / , 1.5Gbyte for swap, 500Mbyte for /var

All the rest goes to zfs pool.

By doing this I can upgrade from build to build without having to backup and
restore
my data each time. I just export the pool before upgrading and then
import it after I'm done.
