Not yet!  Take a look at some of the files in downloads/current/. 
They use a naming convention that includes the date in a format like 
yyyymmdd - even in the title: "ON (OS/Net) Consolidation - 20080129". 
Also, take a look at some of the filenames, for example, 
"on-changelog-20071001.html" which includes the yyyymmdd component. 
And BTW, the directory "current" does not point to the latest 
available release.

Now the site has been reloaded with a structure that existed earlier 
(around b62 IIRC).  For example, in directory b82 the title is now: 
"ON (OS/Net) Consolidation - b82" and the files don't use a yyyymmdd 
component, instead they use the consolidation "b" number.  For 
example: "on-changelog-b82.html".

I don't think it matters which filenaming convention you follow, but I 
would like it to remain *constant* over time.  Hmm.. the "bnn" format 
looks a little cleaner IMHO.
