CSFest - 2008 Hello Community
We are very pleased to inform you about CSFest 2008, national level technical festival organised by Department of Computer Science, Vasavi College of Engineering.We would like to launch a "open solaris user group" in our college.So we request you to conduct a seminar on solaris so that delegates who attend the fest will get a clear idea on solaris platform.we are expecting that this will be the right time to launch an user group.CSFest 2008 is scheduled to be held during 12th and 13th of March 2008 About our college: Vasavi College of Engineering in 25 years has established itself by providing quality education to the students. Vasavi represents a rich tradition of excellence in tech-based education. The infrastructure in this college is best among all the engineering colleges in the state. Its 54 rank nation-wide suggests the facilities provided to the students. Vasavi secured 21 student ranks out of 70 ranks in the prestigious Osmania University. In that, the students from the Computer Science Department achieved the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th ranks. Every year 85% of students are recruited by top notch multi-national companies like Microsoft, CTS, Infosys, Kanbay, Deloitte, etc. CSFest 2008 is scheduled to be held during 12th and 13th of March 2008. The main motto of the technical festival is to show-case the unrevealed and unexplored talent. Move over the obsolete norms and rewrite rules. CSFest serves as a platform for interaction between students and industry professionals. CSFest plans to invites students from 700 colleges all over the country and retain them all three days at Vasavi. This is an ideal platform for MNCs and academia to get together towards building an egalitarian society. The events in the fest are meticulously planned and strikingly contrasting from other regular technical fests. The events Lecture Series, Virtual Job Fair, Tech Debate and Virtual Stocks are sure to take student community by surprise. It is time for students to stop wondering and start thinking.
