Right.  sys-suspend is a part of the CDE, and cannot be released under 
the CDDL.  As Alan says, the Power Management team is taking over
ownership of a new utility that will replace sys-suspend.  I assume they
won't copy the existing sys-suspend code so it can be relicensed under
CDDL.

I'm cc:ing Simon Zheng and Randy Fishel so they can comment, since they
actually work on the power management team.
