Thanks Dave for taking time to reply me.
Unfortunately VirtualBox doesn't work on my system. I am running open SuSE
10.2. I tried in vain to get help from VirtualBox forum.
It seems Xen is not installed on my system by default.
I looked for it using the command 'find' as a super user.
It just drew a blank.
