I run Solaris 10 u4 on a T105. No problems except that I had to install a driver from Broadcom to get the gig ethernet port working. Solaris u5 has support for it built-in.
One annoying problem: at some point Solaris Nevada's SATA CD/DVD drive support broke and I cannot install a Nevada release on the T105. Sun's official Solaris installs fine though. I don't have the SAS controller, so I can't comment on how well it does or does not run.
