It is OpenSolaris RC3, based on Nevada snv_86; although with the accompanying infrastructure now in place (web pages and email contact accounts active at opensolaris.com (I haven't tried the email contact yet)), it is effectively the first "release" of "OpenSolaris - the Sun Distro".
