Dennis Clarke has put much effort into genunix.org in recent times; and to refer to him as the anonymous "anybody" is tantamount to calling him an "idiot", which he is most certainly not. As has already been stated, any organisation that provides a service that is accessible primarily through the Internet is de facto 24X7; thus nullifying the concept of "business hours". Granted he could have posted a "Genunix maintenance window" on the site and on osol-discuss; but he is in no way mandated to do so... The fact that the site is still down is a shame, but I am certain that Dennis is still working hard on getting it back up again (which could be tough, as he has already had the original tech support guys strung up by their genitals until they were well dead).
