I install OpenSolaris 2008.05 on my notebook DELL LATITUDE D520。 It has two NIC，one is wifi Intel 3945ABG，the other is Broadcom 440x 10/100。 1.when i install solaris，the wifi have been drived。 Broadcom 440x 10/100 is drived after installing OpenSolaris 2008.05。 2.now i can use svcadm to manage wifi，use ifconfig to manage Broadcom 440x。 the device alias of wifi is wpi0，the Broadcom 440x is bfe0. 3.if I want to config bfe0 interface configuration persist across reboots（modify the file or database /etc/hosts and so on), at the same time I want to config wpi to dhcp cilent to a wireliss network. the mehod as follows is not successful, How can i do? about wpi0: svcadm restart nwam about bfe0: these files were changed: /etc/hostname.bfe0 /etc/inet/hosts /etc/netmask /etc/defaultrouter and so on.
