Hi Milan, I've spent some time to check "/var/adm/messages" once on battery, and the other time on AC power.
I could see a significant difference before the message for "ehci" and "ohci": pcplusmp: [ID 803547 kern.info] pcplusmp: pciclass,0c0320 (ehci) instance 0 vector 0x13 ioapic 0x2 intin 0x13 is bound to cpu 0 npe: [ID 236367 kern.notice] PCI Express-device: pci103c,[EMAIL PROTECTED],2, ehci0 genunix: [ID 936769 kern.notice] ehci0 is /[EMAIL PROTECTED],0/pci103c,[EMAIL PROTECTED],2 npe: [ID 236367 kern.notice] PCI Express-device: pci103c,[EMAIL PROTECTED], ohci0 genunix: [ID 936769 kern.notice] ohci0 is /[EMAIL PROTECTED],0/pci103c,[EMAIL PROTECTED] npe: [ID 236367 kern.notice] PCI Express-device: pci103c,[EMAIL PROTECTED],1, ohci1 The gaps indicate the time in seconds for those message. It seems that "npe" causes some timeouts. Now with AC power you could guess the sequence of the above lines without that gaps. Roman.
