I've used this, but it didn't do what I wanted. I had a box with a 300Gb drive, and wanted to leave 30-40Gb in Vista and give the rest to Solaris. It was willing to give me less than half the disk. Diving into the web, I found folks saying that if you do a defrag in Vista, and especially with a specific tool, you could get more, but that didn't work either; Vista's crud would still not repack to the beginning of the drive. I finally just used gparted and forced the issue. Vista was unhappy and took some time to repair itself, but it seems to be fine now, and I could always re-install without losing much in there.
