Hi all,
I'm having a somewhat similar problem here: I tried to boot the
Solaris Express CE DVD ISO for build 93 in VMware Fusion, and it hangs
at 'Setting up Java. Please wait...".

The installation never recovers, and I have to reset the virtual
machine. I get this no matter what I pick at the install menu. I get
the same result when booting the ISO in VirtualBox.

Here's the full sequence:

Has anyone else encountered this?

On anther note, can anyone tell me what version of Solaris/OpenSolaris
I should use to run Xen in a semi-production environment? Does it come
with Solaris 10 update 5/08 or must I use OpenSolaris 2008.05 ?

Thanks

Graeme
