Sil3114 is probably supported on SPARC by uata driver, because sil3114 operates in IDE compatible mode. SATA-native mode controllers, like sil3124 are not currently supported on SPARC, but it should be fairly easy to port sata module and sil3124 SATA HBA driver to SPARC - perfect project for the OpenSolaris community.
