I have fixed the services, they're humming along nicely now. Thanks for the
help.

For build 98 only, the duplicate desktop file that causes 2 copies of
ospm-applet running.
This is fixed in b99. Having 2 copies running does not cause 15 Add
Queue Dialog to pop up.
Are the pre-filled queue information the same for all or do they refer
to different pinters?
We have integrated into snv97 to create queues for network printers in
the background.
So Add Queue Dialog only popup if these are local printers, do you have
7 or more local USB printers
connected to your machine? (May sounds silly I asked never the less :)

This hasn't gone so well. I renamed "ospm-applet.desktop" to
"ospm-applet.desktop.remove.this.if.it.works" rather than delete it but it's
still popping up the dialogs. And I do only have one printer attached directly
to a usb socket on the machine, though there is another usb printer attached to
an Apple Airport Express Base station. And it might not be 15 instances but
it's a lot ... and growing! There are over 20 instances now. The prefilled
queue info is present, it's all the same, but it's wrong. I've attempted to
change it but it keeps dropping back to the original.

Still prints, though.

Thanks

walter
