If I put myself in his place and after reading what he has to say I can come to understand why there's such an aversion to the work. Still, it is wrong to tag things we don't like as unnameable. It's like saying Windows is a bad word and just forgetting about it (cons and advantages) or to keep it local, things like bash and ksh or gnome and cde. In other words keep an eye on the things you dislike, that will help you push your opinion further and not seem blind sighted. I hope this isn't flamish, it was not my intention...
