Actually, someone has corrected the release notes so it should work fine
now. The line that was fixed was this one:
$ BUILD=`uname -v | sed -e "s/snv_//" -e "s/[a-z]//"`
...note the change to strip a-z from the build number.
However, Stephen's right, you shouldn't need to do this any more.
