This is HORRIBLE. If IBM has any interest in taking over a smaller company with the same products, then only to destroy competition:
Kill SPARC (T2 and Rock, not sure what they would do with Fujitsu's SPARC64), move customers to PowerPC Kill NetBeans, force customers to Eclipse.
