hello I'm sorry but that change to power.conf didn't have an impact to the disk behavior.
thanks alot for your answer. But i don't feel that the noise is coming from head parking because there is also lower vibration and lower general noise coming from the harddisk. Anyway this means i have only a few ways to a workaround. First will be an OS change to a major Linux distro or even Windows (i don't like this ^^) to save harddisk damage sooner or later. But i'm like an addict to features like ZFS. So i wouldn't like that option. There is also option two, buy an SSD. But this is also not really an option because of the horrible price and storage capacity. Or i will stay with opensolaris as the main OS and just wait for further releases, maybe there will be a fix. But this means i probably will come to a point that the disk fails. There is also an other idea i had recently.
