Yes, there is. It is called "Bacula" (http://www.bacula.org/), and it is conceptually very similar to Legato NetWorker, the major difference being is that NetWorker is an enterprise commercial product, and Bacula is free and gratis. Bacula uses a PostgreSQL RDBMS as the backend for keeping track of backup operations and scheduling; the software supports streaming from multiple clients, and it supports Jukeboxes and tape libraries via mtx(1M).
