Thanks again for the great advice. That fixed it but I'm still running into
problems with the permissions. I followed your suggestion and did the following:
/usr/bin/chmod A=owner@:full_set:allow /zstorage/Software
/usr/bin/chmod
A+group:software:read_data/write_data/read_attributes/write_attributes/read_acl:file_inherit:allow
/zstorage/Software/
The permissions look fine and the smb is on but I get access denied from my
xpbox. I'm logged on as user "soft" and made "soft" part of the "software"
group in winblows. Accessing or mounting the share from the "soft" account
fails.
