Correct, using the OSS libraries and programs provided by Sun may reduce reliability for Blastwave as Blastwave usually delivers more up-to-date packages than Sun and as these packages in many cases require more up-to-date versions of libraries or other programs. This is another reason for creating an own ecosystem.
