Hi - I just installed OS 2008 svn_111a on memory stick in
Acer Aspire One.
First, I can't register for some reason. I end up getting a
server error from Sun with no indication of the problem.
I've been trying for 2 days.
Second, I can't install any packages,e.g., SUNWgcc and SUNWgmake.
I presume this is because I haven't registered?
Third, is there a driver I can download from somewhere for the
Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller?
At the moment, only the wireless is working but I don't have wireless
at home - just wired.
I have drive 10 miles to Starbucks to the use the wireless.
