If you are indeed on Nevada with a ZFS root, all you need is something along
the lines:

mount -o ro -F hsfs {path2snv114.iso} /mnt/snv_114
pkgrm SUNWluzone SUNWluu SUNWlur SUNWlucfg
cd /mnt/snv_114/Solaris_11/Product
pkgadd -d . SUNWluzone SUNWluu SUNWlur SUNWlucfg
lucreate -n snv_114 -p rpool
ptime luupgrade -u -s /mnt/snv_114 -n snv_114
luactivate snv_114

I do this regularly, but on my main Nevada box I am presently stuck on snv_104,
as I somehow managed to screw up my live upgrade environment database. There's
got to be an easy way to recreate it from scratch - it after all gets created
on first 'lucreate' execution, but I haven't dug deeper yet.

On OpenSolaris proper it is trivial, of course.
