I wound up turning off the web console since I do not use it. My troublshooting 
of a 1+ minute delay on bootup was leading me down this patch as there were 
stack limit messages before and after the delay in /var/adm/messages. I now 
believe the delay is due to a problem reading the SATA bus on a PCI-e card. If 
I remove the drive from the card the delay vanishes.
