Well, I did not get any error messages as such, but the system was misbehaving
a lot. I mean when I mirrored the root disk everything went fine, but for an OS
upgrade I detached the mirrors and from then on I was not able to boot the
system from neither of the disks. That is when I accidentally noticed that
metadb slice was starting at cylinder 0 which looked quiet weird to me and I
relocated it after which we never faced any issues with svm. Just wanted to
check whether any official documentation exists for the same.
