Are you sure? because the app "koha" needz a lot of modules, and i don't
have to re-install them after the upgrade (hopefully!)
Somebody could validate that if perl is modified, the modifications are
not lost after upgrading? i mean only added modules, modules that are
different from the OS installed modules.
Generally speaking, if the pkg(5) system encounters files it doesn't
expect installed into directories that are owned by a package, it should
place them under /var/pkg/lost+found. So you should be able to move
them back into place if so desired.
