Although I'm now working on the bugs in rge with Sun responsible engineers,
I cannot say when and/or what will be integrated into opensolaris, sorry.
I just integrated the fixes I found in this discussion, and started to evaluate
new rge. It will take 2-3 months to be integrated in opensolaris build, I think.

Now I'm searching rtl8168/8111 variants I have not tested.

Their mac_ver are:
1008730112 RTL8168C/8111C rev.B
1010827264 RTL8168C/8111C rev.C
1006632960 RTL8168C/8111C unknown
1016070144 RTL8168CP/8111CP rev.B
1018167296 RTL8168CP/8111CP rev.C
1015021568 RTL8168CP/8111CP
672137216 RTL8168D/8111D
674234368 RTL8168D/8111D rev.C
671088640 RTL8168D/8111D unknown
679477248 RTL8168DP/8111DP

If you have one of the chipset above, please help me to test new rge.

You can know the mac_ver by "kstat -m rge | grep mac_ver".
