And that's apparently a VIA chipset SATA controller:

I think that VIA SATA controllers are not supported by Solaris,
similar to this bug:

Is there a BIOS setting to disable the RAID mode of the VIA chipset
SATA controller? Try to set the controller to P-ATA legacy mode,
or maybe AHCI mode; that should be supported by OpenSolaris.
