I cannot quite grasp the name "Oracle Solaris" which they called it in the webcasts, when I've been saying "Sun Solaris" for many, many years.
Statements of ownership in two differing forms. I too cannot accept the former. personally; having been (and remain) a staunch Sun supporter for many years too.
