Hi:
I have a peculiar problem which I wonder if anyone out there has experienced. I
upgraded my opensolaris installation to b132, and the jdk version is showing
the last version of
java version "1.6.0_18"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_18-b07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 16.0-b13, mixed mode)

However, when I run netbean 6.8 (manual install - not IPS) pointing to this jdk
installation (/usr/java), I cannot debug my java application within the IDE.
Netbeans would become unresponsive and windows do not get refreshed.

I decided to manually install JDK 1.6.0_18 downloaded from java.sun.com. Edit
Netbean's netbeans.conf to point to the newly installed JDK directory
(/opt/jdk1.6.0_18). With that change, Netbeans can now debug my applications
again.

This leads me to believe that there is some problems with the IPS version of
JDK installed.

Thanks,
Keith
