Probably you need a ntfs driver.
Belenix provides one, see :
http://www.genunix.org/distributions/belenix_site/binfiles/README.FSWfsmisc.txt

Then you have to find the name of your data partition and mount it somewhere
what gives you the output of zpool list ?
