Right.  We haven't determined a numbering scheme for the build 134 respins
that will be the 2010.03 release candidates and final, but they'll
definitely have a newer versions that build 134 and older versions than
build 135.  So you can freely upgrade to build 134 when it gets released,
and then switch to /release when 2010.03 is pushed there.  Once you upgrade
to build 135, of course, you won't be able to "upgrade" to 2010.03 directly.
