Seem this is bug 6839489:

An ncurses rxvt terminfo entry exists in
/usr/gnu/lib/terminfo/r/rxvt but not in the
solaris default terminfo database.
Workaround:
cp /usr/gnu/lib/terminfo/r/rxvt /usr/share/lib/terminfo/r/rxvt
