So it's probably what someone mentioned on another mailing list, that it was
difficult to keep that branch/respin in the main repository because of some
incompatibility/limitation in the old SCM. And they didn't expose it but it
was archived somewhere.

I knew I was missing something, thanks for clearing that out. We probably
will see a b134{a,b,c} directory in the future (or even in the repository).
