Just an FYI to those of you that are using the SVR4 packages that were
being served up from blastwave.network.com mirror site. The last of the
staff and servers from Network.com seem to have been taken offline now.
Sadly. The IPS repo that was there was blocked on the night of the Oracle
acquisition and it never returned.
Thus endeth the cloud.
Those of you that want things like :
Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) PHP/5.2.13 mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/0.9.8n
Server Built: Apr 23 2010 09:05:20
Can get it at the primary dl mirror download.blastwave.org/csw or any
other mirror site. Based on the traffic flying by from the SunOS 5.11 dir
link ( like libtool-2.2.6b etc etc ) there are still a pile of people
using that service with Solaris Nevada and OpenSolaris. ( Sol 8 , 9 , 10
too )
That site was made the primary dl site about three months ago in advance
of the final Network.com shutdown so everything is running as per usual.
