Dear all,
I was i the process of transferring some articles from my home directory
into a separate directory in a flash drive. The file name of each drive
is quite long, for instance, one of the files is "RFID benefits, costs,
and possibilities: The economical analysis of RFID deployment in a
cruise corporation global service supply chain.pdf" which opensolaris
consider too long. I decided to rename the file to "article1" and move
it to the right folder under the jumpdriver and it worked, now I am i
the process of changing the name to the file in the jumpdrive to its
original meaningful name but it is giving me the error that the file
name is too long and won't do it. Any ideas how to get around this?
