It's just another tracker bug, to allow the IPS team to track their
blockers directly - there's nothing to fix there.
All the recent stopper bugs have been in the core OS components (kernel,
drivers, zfs, X, etc.) tracked in bugster (bugs.opensolaris.org), not
bugzilla (defect.os.o), so didn't appear in the bugzilla tracker, and
aren't visible externally, since the stopper status isn't one of the
fields that bugs.opensolaris.org extracts from the internal bug database.
(Yes, it's fun having two disjoint bug databases for OS development.
We enjoy it immensely.)
