Information on this isn't frequent, perhaps since the glamor factor has been low compared to SCO being perceived as trying to extort license fees for Linux. Certainly groklaw.net, although it paid some attention, didn't follow it all that closely, and absent them, I'm not real sure where to look to find the latest. As of late 2009, there's http://www.sun.com/lawsuit/zfs/ I emailed groklaw.net a pointer to a couple of versions of this story, and Nexenta's response; we'll see if they pick up on it.
