With or without booting it? If you can boot it, you'll find the relevant image files in /usr/share/pixmaps/backgrounds/opensolaris and /usr/share/gdm, IIRC. Alternatively, you can probably find what you want in the tarballs at <http://dlc.sun.com/osol/jds/downloads/extras/opensolaris-branding>.
