I can only speak for myself, but I could really care less about having access to the source code. I am actually pretty stoked that Oracle seems like they are going to continue allowing me to use their OS for free. Details still seem to be pretty scant, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I actually paid money for my Windows 7 and Mac OS X licenses, and neither of those comes with the source code.
