Build 134b was published to the /release repo recently for use as an
intermediate step in upgrading to the Solaris 11 Express 2010.11
release (build 151a). Several changes were needed to /pkg, and
bringing everyone on all the /dev & /release versions up to a common
version first made it so that those pkg fixes only needed to be published
for 134b, not every previous build that someone may be running.
