For email you could just setup a regular imap account pointed to you exchange server, for calender you could use the Exchange data provider, you will first need to install the Thunderbird Lightning extension The Microsoft Exchange data provider for Thunderbird Lightning is available for download here. http://gitorious.org/lightning-exchange-provider/pages/Home
