The service fails because it's trying to mount the root filesystem with
the 'mountall' command and as we have repeatedly said, the device burned
into the kernel isn't at the matching address, you plugged into a
different port. And the root filesystem is the most critical part of
service svc:/system/filesystem/local. If you are inclined to inspect
scripts, look at /lib/svc/method/fs-local with your favorite editor,
ensure you don't modify it though.
