Yes, the relevant zfs commands are snapshot, send, and receive. See the zfs man page.
As I learned from [url=http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=413236񤸴]this other thread[/url], there's something to be said for having a second zpool on the same disk for data. 30 gb is pretty minimal for a root zpool, but you might be able to get by with it until you get another drive. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
