Your blog is very helpful and mentions the broken dependantcy which ins't in
the Opensolaris Bible (but purhaps it's out of date).

However I had managed to get to a similar point using the OB. Where I'm stuck
is making spool/swap writable and spool/shares read only.

I gather guest access has only just been added to Solaris and isn't in
Opensolaris so I created a user called guest but several problems still exist.
Although existing files in spool/shares are readonly by virtue of the file
permissions and ownership, guest can still create new files in spool/shares
which is less than ideal. Also when guest does create files they have ownership
but no permissions which is a bit odd e.g.

    d _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 1 guest other ....etc, etc

So! Can I make spool/shares read only?
Can I control permissions on the files guest creates, as you can with Samba?

The good news is that my Windows 7 clients can write to swap without hanging!
