[osol-help] guide me how to install Solaris OS 10 5/08

Hello

I have downloaded sol-10-u5-ga-x86-dvd.iso from www.sun.com which is having 
2,154.69 MB is this bootable file or just a file. I want to install this in my 
desktop. My sys is having pentium dual core and 1GB Ram Shall i proceed to 
install. Is their any precaution to be taken before installing the OS.
