If by 'problem' you mean that IPS doesn't currently cache already downloaded bits, then yes you'll need to wait for them to get around to implementing that functionality. The -R parameter merely allows you to specify an alternate directory to perform pkg operations on. It's not a 'resume' parameter. Cheers, -- Glenn
