[osol-help] Package manager and pkg stopped downloading after upgrade to snv_91

If Comcast is your bandwidth provider, they do a lot of traffic shaping that 
adversely affects downloading updates from Opensolaris.org and internet access 
in general.  Sometimes, once the freeze-ups have started, I can't even connect 
to or ping  pkg.opensolaris.org without rebooting and waiting a while. While 
all this is happening, my internet browser on Solaris runs just fine.
